2355 Broadway is one of the defining buildings of Oakland's Broadway Auto Row. This historically significant Willis Polk designed 43,000 sf structure has been rehabilitated to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation. It houses a mix of new uses including twenty-four residential units, ground floor commercial spaces, and a rooftop garden. The first floor parking garage will utilize three-tier parking lift systems to maximize limited floor space. The projects capitalizes on the original industrial aesthetic to provide loft like residential units.
